
Veronica Chapman, MPA
Veronica Chapman is a dedicated public service professional with a strong background in planning, program development, and operational leadership. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Auburn University at Montgomery and a master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from Troy University.
Throughout her career, she has served in various roles within state and local government, most recently as a Program Specialist with the Alabama Department of Human Resources, State Office. Her professional experience includes strategic planning, policy implementation, and the management of publicly funded initiatives.
One of her key strengths is the ability to design and implement effective processes that enhance efficiency and drive meaningful outcomes. She has successfully led grant writing efforts to secure funding for essential programs, developed performance-focused systems, and collaborated across departments to introduce structure and sustainability to mission-driven initiatives.
