Robert Castle

Program Manager

Born and raised in Georgetown, South Carolina, Robert Castle is a proud graduate with honors of Choppee High School. He continued his scholastic achievements at the University of South Carolina where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics.
After several years in the scientific field, Mr. Castle discovered his passion for education and mental health, earning a Master’s in Education in Secondary Counseling from The Citadel, graduating with distinction while maintaining a 4.0. GPA.
Mr. Castle began his career as a school counselor and therapist, and later expanded his expertise into quality assurance and compliance for the state of North Carolina. Over the past two decades, he has held executive leadership roles within private, for-profit, community-based mental health organizations across the Southeastern United States.
As program manager for Life Skills Community Center, Inc., Mr. Castle oversees community-based rehabilitative services throughout South Carolina. He is a key asset in ensuring that programs meet the highest standards of care and impact.
A resident of Charlotte, North Carolina, for the past 20 years, Robert is also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. His lifelong commitment to service, leadership and personal excellence continues to inspire his work in supporting communities and empowering individuals to thrive.
